March was a really busy month for me. It's our busiest month at work, so sometimes it's really hard to make sure I eat my lunch. But I did bring my lunch the majority of the time, but there were a few days that I didn't bring one.
I did make it the entire month without any soda, so that was pretty awesome - 2 months strong!
I did get my passport - it arrived on March 29! It came so much faster than I thought it would! I don't have any plans at the moment to use it, but I'm glad I have it. Now I can check that off my bucket list and start looking into international travel and some fun cruises! :) If you want to go on a trip with me, let me know and we'll start planning! :)
As far as doing something fun every Saturday, I think that was accomplished as well. I went to the movies with the girls and I went to a birthday party (or 2!) .
I did get my taxes done and I got my return already! :)
I haven't gotten the laptop or the router yet, but I do have my IT guy looking into finding me the best deal. Hopefully I'll have something by the end of April/early May.
Now onto:
I'll try to continue to take my lunch to work each day and to continue to not drink soda.
My NEW goals for this month are:
1. Come up with a plan to pay down my credit card debts.
I'm not really getting anywhere with my current payments, but I know I can buckle down and get them paid off.
2. Do something fun during my vacation time.
I have several vacation days in April. I'd like to try and take the kids to Tucson at the end of the month to go to the Zoo down there,
Old Tucson Studios,
and maybe some other places. Plus see some of my family that live down there.
3. Go see Titanic in 3D when it comes out.
I don't normally like 3D movies, but I think this will be worth it.
The food goals, are totally achievable, as demonstrated by last 2 months. The first goal of April is something I can totally get done. It's just a matter of me actually buckling down and following through with the plan I come up with. The 2nd goal may be a little bit harder to make happen, but if I can get it to happen, it will be so much fun!! Of course, the 3rd goal is something I can do without much effort. :-) Hopefully, I can go see it with a friend or two!
What are your April goals?
